At BotAi™️, we strive to deliver the best experience with our automation, CRM, and messaging services. By subscribing to or purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following Return & Refund Policy.
1. No Warranty
- No warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, is given by BotAi™️ in respect of the operation, uptime, or uninterrupted availability of the Services.
- While we ensure industry-standard practices, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
2. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website, mobile applications, APIs, and services.
Nothing in this disclaimer will:
- Limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
- Limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- Limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
- Exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.
The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer:
- (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and
- (b) govern all liabilities arising under this disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, tort, and statutory duty.
As long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, BotAi™️ will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
3. Return & Refund Policy
- No Return Policy: Since BotAi offers digital services, software access, and API integrations, there are no physical products to return. All subscriptions and purchases are non-returnable.
- No Refund Policy: All payments made for subscription plans, add-ons, GreenTick assistance, and credits are non-refundable once activated or delivered.
4. Refund Exceptions (Rare Cases)
In rare and exceptional cases, a refund may be considered only if:
- The service was not delivered or activated after payment, due to a technical fault solely from BotAi’s end.
- Duplicate charges were made due to a payment gateway error.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@botai.in within 7 days of payment along with valid proof.
5. Refund Turnaround Time
- If a refund request is approved, the amount will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- The refunded amount will be credited to the customer’s original payment method or bank account, depending on the bank/payment provider’s processing timelines.
